LONGLIFE SERVICE

There are no set service intervals with the LongLife Service Regime and, depending on how you drive your vehicle and the conditions of use, a service will be required anywhere between 9,000 miles or 12 months (whichever occurs first), up to a maximum of 30,000* miles or 24 months (whichever occurs first).

This LongLife regime has been made possible due to the development of new Volkswagen engines with built-in sensors that continually monitor the oil quality, together with the latest technically advanced longlife oil.

Advanced engineering and oil has changed the way your Volkswagen is serviced The LongLife service regime is so called because there are no set service intervals, but there may be additional work carried out at certain times. Caddy, Transporter & Caravelle models Depending on how you drive your vehicle and the conditions of use, a service will be required anywhere from 9,000 miles, up to a maximum of approximately 18,000 miles or 24 months (whichever comes first).

 Crafter Depending how you drive your Crafter, it will require a LongLife oil change at the interval service which occurs at a maximum of 25,000 miles/24 months, whichever comes first. LT The LongLife service regime is not applicable to LT. LongLife Servicing means:-

• Fewer visits to the workshop, meaning less time off the road
• Lower lifetime service costs
• Less oil to dispose of, helping to improve the environment

FLEET PACKAGE PRICING

Fleet Package Pricing was launched with the aim of facilitating the delivery of manufacturer recommended whole-life costs and assist fleet users in controlling their maintenance budgets within participating members of the Volkswagen Commercial Vehicle network. This transparent maximum pricing package for fleet customers covers all service, maintenance and repair costs. There are no hidden extras and operators will know exactly where they stand.

Our participation in Fleet Package Pricing reflects our commitment to our commercial vehicles customers by adhering to the Service Standards benchmark.

Fleet Package Pricing key benefits:-

• Basic maximum pricing offer to fleet customers
• A number of free-fit items such as easily accessible exterior bulbs and windscreen wiper blades, provided the work is done during a normal service
• Free consumables such as windscreen fluid may also be included
• No charge for the environmental disposal of oil
• Vehicles that have been in for a major service also qualify for a free wash wherever possible
• Generally we work to a lead time of three working days
• If alternative transport is required, the lead time is five working days
• Important exceptions here are a breakdown recovery, or a 'drive-in', in the case of a safety related item that results in the vehicle being inoperable, when vehicles will receive immediate attention
• Specially designed software by the manufacturer for Fleet Package customers which provides figures used to construct maximum job prices at the Van Centre for truly transparent pricing

EXPRESS FIT

Express Fit is a while-you-wait Volkswagen service specifically for jobs that take less than an hour. There's no need to make an appointment. You simply turn up and have the work done. Express Fit covers all the "every day" jobs - routine replacement parts and basic servicing, including:

• Lubrication service
• Batteries
• Exhausts
• Brakes
• Shock Absorbers

All Volkswagen owners are welcome, whatever the age of the vehicle.

EXPRESS FIT VISUAL CHECK

Take advantage of the free Express Visual check, carried out by trained technicians, which covers wear and tear and safety related items.

Multi-point check for peace-of-mind motoring. You'll receive a clear and precise report, advising you if anything needs to be done now to meet safety and legal requirements. We'll also tell you about work that may need to be done in the future.
