Customer care score ratings at JCB Group are at an all-time high.
Reflecting the group's customer-centric approach, the current score - carried out independently by Volkswagen UK, are an impressive 94.1%.
The customer care score reflect a combined average across JCB's two Volkswagen passenger car retailers, its Skoda dealership and the Volkswagen commercial vehicles business. Undertaken by the manufacturer to ensure retailers are delivering an experience in line with Volkswagen UK's expectations, the score is calculated according to the responses of both recent sales and aftersales customers to internet and telephone questionnaires.
