Raise money for a local children’s hospice without giving anything but your email address

For every email address we collect from our customers, we will donate
50p to Sittingbourne-based children’s hospice Demelza House.

As well as raising much needed funds for a local charity, our email
collection is part of our move towards providing information to you
quickly and efficiently whilst having less impact on the environment.
We have no intention of deluging you with email correspondence, we
would simply like to keep you in touch with new products and services,
events, hospitality, promotions and from time to time, exclusive offers.
As very much a part of the local community, we realised that not only
could we benefit the environment but we could boost the funds of a
local charity.
Demelza House in Sittingbourne is the only children’s residential
hospice in Kent, East Sussex and South London and provides care for
over 450 children with life-limiting illnesses.
Demelza House is an 8-bedded children's hospice offering children the
opportunity to enjoy residential short breaks (with the option of
families staying as well) in beautiful Kent countryside. Demelza-James
provides a hospice at home service whereby the Demelza-James specialist
paediatric nurses go directly into the family home to provide care,
crisis intervention, an on-call service and respite.
Obviously, the more people who respond the bigger the donation but with
a database that runs into the thousands we have high hopes of raising a
substantial sum.
