JCB Sittingbourne Van Centre is part of JCB Medway Ltd, launched by local businessman Jonathan C Bischoff in December 1998. Today, JCB Medway Ltd operates five branches across Kent and Essex representing Volkswagen, Skoda Cars and, of course, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicle Sales together with first class aftersales facilities. One of the largest trades parts operations in the UK, the JCB Trade Parts Centre in Rochester has also been appointed as a partner for Volkswagen UK’s new national Trade Parts Strategy.

JCB Medway is one of the few outlets accredited with the prestigious status of Volkswagen Advanced Technology Repairer – enabling the diagnosis, service and repair of every vehicle in the Volkswagen Retail and Luxury Car Ranges.

We also believe we have a responsibility to our staff - with over 150 people employed directly across the JCB Group - we work continually to coach, train and develop our staff. We pride ourselves on our family based values, after all we are, essentially a family business who can boast an excellent staff retention record as well as proven success with promoting from within; more than 75% of our Management Team have worked their way "up through the ranks", and can proudly boast a combined industry experience of over 300 years .
